About the project

Cropstream is a business messaging app designed for anyone involved in agriculture. With Cropstream, you can connect with businesses and people to receive special announcements, messages, and notifications. You can also access product information and keep it with you wherever you go. Additionally, you can chat and ask questions with partners, experts, and producers to help grow your business.

It is a highly versatile cloud-based communication network that is available for free. The software can be accessed through a web browser or through the iOS and Android mobile applications. This means that users of Cropstream have the flexibility to use the software on a wide range of devices, from laptops and desktops to smartphones and tablets.

Goals & tasks

As the sole designer for the ongoing project, my responsibilities included a variety of tasks. For example, I worked closely with the product manager and lead development engineer throughout the project to ensure the software was designed to meet users' needs.

I also collaborated with the team to create new screens for the web application as new features were added, redesign the iOS mobile application, design the interface for the Android native application, and prepare marketing materials for releasing the application on the Play Market. I took ownership of the design process and ensured software was functional, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use.
