I’m a product designer with over 7 years of experience in creating user-centred, data-informed solutions.

While design is my foundation, I’ve worn many hats – running qualitative research, analysing user data, creating surveys, and collaborating closely with customer support to uncover real user needs. I lead projects from insight to implementation, guiding ideation, shaping design, and preparing clear developer briefs. My work is always validated through usability testing or A/B experiments to ensure we’re building what truly works.

 

In the past year, my role has expanded beyond design. I’ve been involved in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring new team members, as well as setting team goals through the OKR framework and contributing to product strategy after a financial investment.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and embroidery.
